Completion of negotiations

In reference to the current report No. 104/2012 dated 18.10.2012, the The Management Board of EMC Instytut Medyczny SA (the "Company") hereby announces that, in the absence of an agreement with EQT VI Limited, incorporated under the laws of Guernsey, the negotiations have ended in deadlock.

The Company also announces that it continues to search for a strategic investor.
