Amendment to a significant contract in the subsidiary company PCZ Kowary sp. z o.o.

Pursuant to § 5(1)(3) of the Regulation of the Council of Ministers of 19 October 2005 on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities, the Management Board of EMC Instytut Medyczny SA informs that on 20 December 2013 an annex to the contract, which was entered into on 5 December 2008, for the disposal of the shares in Powiatowe Centrum Zdrowia sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Kowary ( “the Company”) was signed by the Issuer and District of Jelenia Góra.

The Issuer has guaranteed to carry out the real estate investment project under the agreement with the District of Jelenia Góra regarding the purchase of shares of the District Healthcare Centre as stated in its current report no. 96/2008 of 5 December 2008; the Issuer informed about events related to the planned investment project in its current report nos. 30/2011 of 25 February 2011, 58/2012 of 6 June 2012, 107/2012 of 31 October 2012 and 117/2012 of 18 December.

Under the said annex, the investment project completion date shall be extended from 60 to 72 months starting from the date of the purchase of the Shares.

The other material terms of the contract with the highest value made public remain unchanged.

A criterion for a contract to be considered significant:

The value of contracts exceeds 10% of the Issuer’s equity capital.
