Amendment to a significant contract in St. George’s Hospital in Kamień Pomorski
Pursuant to §5 (1) (3) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finances of 19 February 2009 on current and periodical information provided by issuers of securities, the Management Board of EMC Instytut Medyczny S.A. informs about receiving on 10 November 2011 an annex to contract with the National Health Fund - the Zachodniopomorskie Voivodeship Branch in Szczecin (the Fund Branch) regarding healthcare services such as hospital treatment for the period from 1 January to 31 December 2011.
Healthcare services referred to hereinabove are provided by St. George's Hospital in Kamień Pomorski owned by EMC Instytut Medyczny S.A.
The Issuer informed about the contracts concluded by St. George's Hospital in Kamień Pomorski with the Fund Branch concerning rendering services in 2011 in its current reports nos.: 1/2011 of 05.01.2011, 7/2011 of 13.01.2011, 13/2011 of 20.01.2011, 19/2011 of 31.01.2011, 25/2011 of 04.02.2011, 89/2011 of 25.07.2011, 93/2011 of 11.08.2011 and 100/2011 of 26.09.2011.
As a result of signing the said annex, the value of the contract with the highest value has changed and currently amounts to PLN 9,703,317.00 (an increase by PLN o 4,131.00).The total maximum Fund Branch liability towards George's Hospital in Kamień Pomorski owned by the Company currently amounts to PLN 11, 290,524.17 (an increase by PLN 4,131.00) for the period from 1 January to 31 December 2011.
The other material terms of the contract with the highest value made public in the said current reports remain unchanged.

The value of contracts exceeds 10% of the Issuer’s equity capital.
