The Management Board of EMC Instytut Medyczny SA (the "Company") wishes to announce that  at the session of the Supervisory Board  held on 10 December 2013, acting pursuant to Art. 86 of the Act of 7 May 2009 on Certified Auditors And Their Self- Government, Entities Authorized To Audit Financial Statements And Public Supervision (Journal of Laws of 2009 No. 77, item. 649 as amended) -  an Audit Committee, which would consist of three members,  was appointed. 
 

The following members of the Supervisory Board were appointed the Audit Committee members : Mr. Vaclav Jirku - Chairman of the Audit Committee, Mr. Waldemar Krzysztof Kmiecik - Member of the Audit Committee and Mr. Michał Wnorowski - Member of the Audit Committee.
