Acting pursuant to Art. 57 of the Act on the  Public Offering, the Conditions Governing the Introduction of  Financial Instruments to the Organized Trading, and Public Companies of 29th July 2005 the Management Board of EMC Instytut Medyczny S.A. (“the Company”) hereby makes public the confidential information the disclosure of which has been delayed pursuant to § 2 (1) (1) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finances of 13 April 2006 on the type of information that might violate issuer’s legitimate interests and the manner in which the issuer proceeds in connection with any delayed disclosure of the inside information to the public  (Journal of Laws of 2006, No. 67, item 476, dated 24 April 2006). 
 

The Financial Supervision Authority was notified of the delay on 12 July 2012. The content  of the confidential information,  the announcement of which was delayed by the above-mentioned report, is as follows:

The Management Board of EMC Instytut Medyczny S.A. ("the Company") hereby announces that the Company is negotiating with EQT VI Limited, incorporated under the laws of Guernsey, located in National Westminster House, Le Truchot, St. Peter Port, Guernsey GY1 3RA, in order to identify the Company's investor as well as laying down the rules for carrying out a project to be done by it. "
