Pursuant to §5 (1) (22) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finances of 19 October 2005 on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities, the Management Board of EMC Instytut Medyczny S.A. informs that Tomasz Suchowierski was appointed a member of the Management Board of the Company effective January 1, 2015 by the Supervisory Board at the meeting held on December 3, 2014.
In accordance with the submitted statement, Tomasz Suchowierski does not conduct business activity competitive towards EMC Instytut Medyczny SA. Tomasz Suchowierski does not hold any shares in companies competitive towards EMC Instytut Medyczny SA as a shareholder in a general partnership, personal partnership and as a member of association of capital’s body or a member of a body in other competitive legal person. Tomasz Suchowierski has not been entered into the Register of Insolvent Debtors under National Court Register Act. The Issuer informed about the nomination in its current report no. 99/2014 of November 26, 2014.
Tomasz Suchowierski earned an MBA in Business Administration and International Finance  from William Paterson University of New Jersey.
Then he earned an MBA in a joint program  held at the University of Limburg (Belgium), the University of Limeric (Ireland), Fachhochschule Aachen (Germany) and Economic University of Wrocław. 
Tomasz Suchowierski specializes in financial matters and general management of both public  and private companies.
He has gained professional experience  from working in the US as well as Central and Eastern European companies.
Tomasz Suchowierski was a member of the Management Board  and Financial Director of  the following companies: AMREST Holdings NV (1996-2006), TOYA S.A. (2008-2011), NEONET S.A. (2011-2014) as well as working as Development Manager of SFINKS Polska S.A. (2007-2009).
