Pursuant to §5 (1) (3) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finances of 19 February 2009 on current and periodical information provided by issuers of securities, the Management Board of EMC Instytut Medyczny S.A. informs about receiving on 13 November 2013  annexes to the contracts with the National Health Fund - the Pomorskie Voivodeship Branch in Gdańsk (the Fund Branch)concluded with the subsidiary “Zdrowie” in Kwidzyń regarding healthcare services such as inpatient care and  primary health care in terms of night and holiday care for the period 1 January to 31 December 2013.
 

Healthcare services referred to hereinabove are provided by the hospital managed by the subsidiary company of EMC Instytut Medyczny S.A.- "Zdrowie" sp. z o.o. in Kwidzyn.  

The Issuer informed about the fact of EMC Instytut Medyczny S.A. running  the  hospital in Kwidzyń , in its current report no. 53/2013 of  31.05.2013, when the preliminary agreement on the sale and using  the shares of "Health" sp. z o. o. based in Kwidzyń was concluded.
 

The Issuer informed about the contract sand annexes  concluded with the Fund  Branch concerning  healthcare services provided by the hospital managed  by "Zdrowie" sp. z o.o. in Kwidzyń in its current reports nos. 67/2013 of  3.07.2013, 80/2013 of 13.08.2013 and 87/2013 of 28.08.2013.
 

 As a result of signing the abovementioned annexes, the value of the contract with highest value has changed and and  it currently amounts to PLN 22,082,869.40 ( an increase by PLN 35,911.24).  The total maximum Fund Branch liability towards  the Subsidiary Company currently amounts to PLN 28,700,051.86 (an increase by PLN 19,981.04) for the period 1 January to 31 December 2013. 
 

A criterion for a contract to be considered significant:

The value of contracts exceeds 10% of the Issuer’s equity capital.
