The Management Board of EMC Instytut Medyczny S.A informs that today Rafał Szmuc tendered his resignation from his position as the President as well as a member of the Management Board of EMC Instytut Medyczny S.A., effective  February 28, 2019.

Rafał Szmuc indicated that he had decided to resign from performing the above-mentioned function for personal reasons.

§ 5 (4) of the Regulation of the Council of Ministers of  March 29, 2018 on Current and Periodic Information Provided by Issuers of Securities and Conditions of Deeming Information Required by the Regulations of a Non-Member Country Equal.
