Report 4/2019

The Management Board of EMC Instytut Medyczny SA in reference to the current report No. 2/2019 and the Extraordinary General Meeting convened for 6 March 2019 announces that Agata Meštellérovej has been nominated as a Member of the Supervisory Board. Her candidature was submitted by a shareholder of Care Up B.V with its registered office in the Netherlands. Agata Meštellérova has made a statement according to which she agreed to run for the Supervisory Board of the Company.

Agata Meštellérova graduated from the University of Economics in Prague.While at university, she participated in a program in France  run by the prestigious Burgundy School of Business; since 2012 he has been cooperating with Penta Investments Ltd. and since then has remained co-responsible for several investments mainly in the health sector (pharmacies and hospitals). Agata Meštellérova also cooperates with a leading network of pharmacies in Europe (Dr. Max), where she supports management and she is also responsible for the innovation program. Until 2017 Agata Meštellérova successfully managed properties as well as being in charge of developing the Polish branch (Clar System ltd).
