The Management Board of EMC Instytut Medyczny S.A. (hereinafter the "Company") informs that:

1.     The company has received a notification from CareUp B.V with its registered office in Amsterdam ("CareUp") on the change in the total number of votes at the General Meeting of the Company, prepared on the basis of art. 69 (1) (1), (2) (2) and art. 69a (1) (1) of the Act of July 25, 2005 on public offerings and conditions governing the introduction of financial instruments to organized trading, and on public companies (Journal of Laws of 2019, item 623) ("Offer Act");

2.     The company has received a notification from Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych PZU S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw ("PZU") on the change in the total number of votes at the General Meeting of the Company, prepared on the basis of art. 69 (1) (2), (2) (1) (a) in connection with art. 69a (1) (1) and pursuant to art. 87 (1) (2) (a) Act on the offer.
