Resignation of the Management Board Member

The Management Board of EMC Instytut Medyczny S.A informs that today ( i.e. on 14 August 2019) Tomasz Terlecki has tendered his resignation from his position as a member of the Management Board of EMC Instytut Medyczny S.A., effective immediately.

Tomasz Terlecki has not specified reasons for stepping down.

§ 5(4) in reference to §9 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of March 29, 2018 on Current and Periodic Information Provided by Issuers of Securities and Conditions of Deeming Information Required by the Regulations of a Non-Member Country Equal.
