The Management Board of EMC Instytut Medyczny S.A. informs about a candidature for a Member of the Supervisory Board of the Company, which was submitted by a shareholder of TFI PZU SA with its registered office in Warsaw.

A Candidate for a Supervisory Board member, Karol Wajde joined the PZU team in 2017, where holds the position of Senior Investment Analyst. At PZU Karol Wajde is involved in debt transactions (including LBO, project finance, syndicated financing).

Prior to joining the PZU he gained experience at Deloitte Advisory and CMT, where he worked on valuations and financial modeling projects and M & A. Mr.

Karol Wajde graduated from the Poznań University of Economics and the Warsaw School of Economics. He also passed all three exams under the CFA program.
