Report 19/2020

The Management Board of EMC Instytut Medyczny S.A. ( the "Company"), hereby announces that on October 26, 2020, it submitted a declaration on the acquisition of new 4,400 shares in the share capital of Zdrowie Sp. z o.o. in Kwidzyń, with a nominal value of PLN 500 each, with a total value of PLN 2,200,000.00 (PLN two million two hundred thousand zlotys 00/100), in exchange for a cash contribution of the same amount.

The taking up of new shares is related to the increase in the share capital of Zdrowie Sp. z o.o. where the shares were also acquired by one of the minority shareholders, i.e. the Kwidzyń Poviat, which took up 681 new shares with a nominal value of PLN 500 each, i.e. with a total nominal value of PLN 340,500 (PLN  three hundred and forty thousand five hundred zlotys 00/100) in exchange for a contribution cash in the same amount.

The total value of the share capital increase is PLN 2,540,000.00. After the registration of the increase  in the share capital by the registry court, its total value will amount to PLN 30,279,500.00, effective as of the date of registration of the increase by the Registry Court.
