The Management Board of EMC Instytut Medyczny S.A. notifies that a candidate for a Member of the Supervisory Board of the Company was suggested at the Ordinary General Meeting of the Company that was held on 31 August 2020:

Karol Wajde was recommended as a candidate by the shareholder of TFI PZU SA with its seat in Warsaw.

Karol Wajde joined the PZU team in 2017, where he works as a Senior Investment Analyst. In PZU, he is involved in debt transactions, project finance, and syndicated financing.

Before joining the PZU team, he gained professional experience at Deloitte and CMT Advisory, where he dealt with valuations and financial modeling as well as M&A projects.

Karol Wajde graduated from the Poznań University of Economics (BA degree) and the Warsaw School of Economics (MA degree). He also passed all three CFA Program examinations.
