Legal grounds: §80 (2) of the Regulation of Minister of Finances  of 29 March 2018 on Current and Periodic Information Provided by Issuers Of Securities and Conditions of Deeming Information Required by the Regulations of a Non-Member Country Equal.                    

The Management Board of EMC Instytut Medyczny S.A announces that the publication of the Interim Report Third Quarter 2018 has been rescheduled from 9 November 2018 (which the Issuer informed about in its current report no 1/2018 of 31 January 2018) to 26 November 2018.

Other dates for publication of periodic reports announced in the current report no 1/2018 of 31 January 2018 shall remain unchanged.
