The Management Board of EMC Instytut Medyczny S.A. (hereinafter the "Issuer", "Company") announces that on May 31, 2021 preparations for the possible purchase by the Company of NZOZ Centrum Medyczne PRACTIMED in Wrocław and Practimed Family Physician Practice in Wrocław have begun. At the same time, the Issuer has agreed on the terms  and conditions of possible future transactions, including purchase prices and dates related to the takeover of enterprises.

Negotiations on the purchase of new units are one of the Issuer's priorities, which could enable it to develop a network of clinics and hospitals operating under the EMC brand, including the acquisition of new facilities.

 The Issuer will inform about the signing the sales contract or about a different method of concluding the negotiations in a separate report.

 The Issuer considers this information confidential due to its importance for the Company's operations.
