General legal basis:

Art. 56 ( 1)  (2) of the Act on Public Offering - current and periodic information

The Management Board of EMC Instytut Medyczny S.A.( ‘the Company’) announces deadlines for submitting periodic reports in the financial year 2021:  

·       Annual reports:

o   Annual individual report for 2020: April 1, 2021.

o   Annual consolidated report for 2020: April 1, 2021.

·       Semi-annual report:

o   Consolidated semi-annual report for the first half year of 2021: September 30, 2021.

·       Quarterly reports:

o   Consolidated quarterly report for Q 1 2021: May 27, 2021.

o   Consolidated quarterly report for Q 3 2021: November 29, 2021.

Furthermore, pursuant to §62 (1) and (3) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finances of 29 March 2018 on Current and Periodic Information Provided by Issuers of Securities and Conditions of Deeming Information Required by the Regulations of a Non-Member Country Equal (‘the Regulation’), the Company informs that consolidated quarterly reports and consolidated semi-annual report shall contain quarterly financial information and abridged semi-annual financial statements respectively.

 In addition, the Company announces that, pursuant to § 79 (2) of the Regulation, the consolidated quarterly reports for the second quarter of 2021 and the fourth quarter of 2021 shall not be published.
