The Management Board of EMC Instytut Medyczny S.A.( ‘the Company’) announces deadlines for submitting periodic reports in the financial year 2019:

-Annual individual report for 2018: 15th April 2019.

-Annual consolidated report for 2018: 15th April 2019.

-Extended consolidated quarterly report for Q 1 2019: 30th May 2019.

-Extended consolidated semi-annual report for the first half year of 2019: 30th August 2019.

-Extended consolidated quarterly report for Q 3 2019: 29th November 2019.

Furthermore, pursuant to §62 (1) and (2) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finances of 29 March 2018 on Current and Periodic Information Provided by Issuers of Securities and Conditions of Deeming Information Required by the Regulations of a Non-Member Country Equal (‘the Regulation’), the Company informs that consolidated quarterly reports and consolidated semi-annual report shall contain quarterly financial information and abridged semi-annual financial statements respectively.

 In addition, the Company announces that, pursuant to § 79 (2) of the Regulation, the consolidated quarterly reports for the fourth quarter of 2018 and the second quarter of 2019 shall not be published.
